Therapy in Greenwich & Online

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck or just not like yourself?

Life can feel heavy sometimes, especially when you are carrying things no one else can see. You might be navigating anxiety, the after effects of trauma, relationship struggles or simply a sense that something isn't right.

If you are here, perhaps you are ready to explore what's going on beneath the surface, or maybe you're not quite sure, and that's ok too. You don't have to have it all figured out to begin.

How can therapy help?

Therapy offers a space for just you - somewhere to slow down, reflect and feel supported without judgement. Together, we can gently explore what's been holding you back, what you've been carrying and how you would like things to be different. Clients often tell me they feel more grounded, more able to understand themselves, and feel true to who they are.

If you would like to discuss us working together I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation.

I have a number of years experience and with additional training I've developed an integrative approach to my work. I may draw on a range of tools where appropriate, including mindfulness, creative techniques, psychoeducation and grounding practices. Therapy isn't about giving you solutions or advice, but empowering you to make your own changes.
